Goal of the Video - Understanding the real Value of Self esteem 0:26 Start Part 1 0:43 Laser Eye + Softness at the same time 1:43 dominant and confident but relaxed at the same time 3:40 if you have no worries about cash, you are at peace - there is a correlation, but no fundamental cause 4:54 Method - Meet Successful People to feel the energy 5:03 Steadiness in all aspects is a clear sef esteem indicator 5:44 0 neediness is also an indicator 5:57 Major Key 7:16 doing vs beeing attractive 8:42 Start Part 2 9:52 Tyler explaining a weird story from his beginnings (but very common one:D) 10:47 who you are creates attraction 12:22 the self is always coming through 12:29 major key 12:48 the image from the media is distancing you from your self esteem 13:18 the goal is to move all the external factors inwards - somehow internalizing them 13:54 Definition of Core Value 14:10 the main idea of the blueprint 15:41 You are Enough 15:44 How to stop the runaway mind 16:16 Meditation 17:03 cultural missunderstanding - somewhere in the future I will be happy 17:35 Happiness is the default 17:53 Consumer Culture is trying to seperate you from your self esteem 18:10 make a decision to cut this bullshit attitude so many people are falling into out of your life 18:39 Meditation reconnects you to your core 19:14 Learn to release trauma - Transformation Mastery 19:55 Trauma energy is like having overweight - you have to do the fucking work to loose it 20:33 all those 3 habits lead to the realiziation on a deep level that you are enough = core confidence 21:05 Start Part 3 22:20 one part goal is to get rid of the "energy reach" 22:51 somehow the defaul paradigm of your mind is that you are toxic and you have no value (probably consequence of the cultural influences of so many self disconnected people) 24:03 Ego is just fixing the wound 24:23 self experiment 24:57 all high quality people (high self esteem) see through your bullshit in a minute and dont give a single fuck 26:22 the blame is probably in your childhood / your parents, but you have now the responsibility as an adult to fix this things 26:43

This type of inner work mastered and embodied is indeed truly electric. I am finally starting to truly understand these concepts you are teaching in these videos and going out now is no longer anxiety provoking and wildly energy depleting but rather...it is rewarding, enertaining, fun and energy providing. Once you start to learn who you really are and are able to unapologetically and "shamelessly" (as derek would say) be YOURSELF and feel grounded in your own glow coming from within the world around you is filled with opportunity and like minded people gravitate towards you. Negative, self loathing, sad or angry people just kind of disappear into the background and they have absolutely no effect on you. Wonderful stuff. Thanks for teaching this and continuing to teach it. You and Derek's content has truly changed my life.

At long last, it finally clicked. Welcome back, you have arrived, it is so good to meet one's self. Again. All of the value is internal, and everything you do is an expression of the value that you have already defined. You're not chasing after the thing, you ARE the thing. Everything else is how you accept and deflect externals. Your inner citadel is an impregnable stronghold, it is up to you which things you let in, and which things can just wait at the gate.

I've read some books and watched some new guys in the pickup and they had so much emphasis on making money so you get to feel better and be confident, when in reality you feel confident by default and people love you, your potential to achieve skyrockets and there's no tension to grasp success because of fear of being weeded out.. Hey Owen been keeping up with RSD for so long now and wanted to tell a funny full-circle story... live in New York, done that route, seeing Julien next week (so excited), never followed you for pick-up, thought I was following for social skills, turns out following for self-love. Had a job interview last week and I felt that ease and grace, and had fun answering the questions and being asked about the things I was proud of. I wasn't afraid to say I did this, and I'm like this, and I'm proud of it, and hopefully that resonates with you and your company. (Didn't say these out loud, but you know what I mean.) At the end the typical: any questions for me? And I asked is there anything in specific that the company is focusing on right now, any priority... the whole thing was professional, confident, but also in a flow state. He said thanks for the question that's great anything else? And I said oh, yeah! What did you have for breakfast this morning?--and I was like wait why did I even say that? That's a funny thing that I do now. And that's kind of how it started, with canned stuff... and not inauthentic, but now it's just funny because it's actually coming out of me and I think it's hilarious. I said I was like umm haha I don't know why I do that that's just my go to question I like to ask people sometimes! He loved it, I loved it. Had a great talk about breakfast sandwiches. Got the job on the spot. Anyway, sorry I missed you at 5 a.m. in midtown, very excited for Julien next week, thank you for all you guys have brought into my life thus far. Blessings to you and the team always!

At the same time confidence can make you easier to write off. Everything is contextual and relative. If you're confident in social skills that are off beat you're going to repel people. Anxiety is a good tool. Don't seek to dismiss it. Think through your anxiety. The way we feel makes sense. Our feelings are there for a reason. Anxiety makes you be careful and focus. You don't just want arrogance, you want the confidence that you got from working through your feelings.

A video on how to learn what you teach would be sweet: for instance, answering questions like: do you learn after the field based on what happens, or do you more so make it conscious to make it unconscious? Notes. Thanks Tyler Core confidence. Confidence is the cause of attraction. You can use a million different techniques but core confidence is the better than that. You don't need to give up the techniques, you can have both. Low self esteem comes through as either nervousness or cockyness Game just flows cause your mind is not monopolised by insecurity and other things Imagine everything in your life was good. How would you feel, you would feel good, care so little. Imagine a Victoria secret model and how she feels. She's happy to be there, she loves herself and doesn't need anything If you were in that space, game would be so much more effortless Normally you try and get a couple good reactions to get "in state" aka you're trying to use the external things to feel good. This is about shifting that so its from the internal Owen talks about his experience with this, coming from super low confidence then he got a few good reactions and started to feel high self esteem Consumer culture says that you need xyz to be attractive. The shift is realising that your core is already attractive and that believing that you were not is the lie which became a self fulfilling prophesy External things (situational confidence) such as being popular in the environment, having nice clothes and so on. Media shows you images, a standard to live to and buying into that standard is distancing you from your self esteem. Instead realise that you are the standard for yourself. The thing we want to shift that to is core value. Feeling that you have value because of your being or your consciousness. Your uniqueness is your value. You stop buying into society's too perfect plastic perfection and you buy into your own perfect imperfection. The media needs you to feel like shit so your buy their shit. Stop letting them in. Fuck them by loving yourself. They say you need to be different to feel good, that is a lie. Your birthright is to feel good, to have that self esteem It's okay to not have this down just yet. It's a process. Don't use it as another standard to bash yourself in the head with. It's perfect to be imperfect and human. Start Meditating Start releasing trauma /the pain body, feel the trauma energy and release it. People love you just for you. There will always be someone who hates your vibe, that's none of your business if they hate you and make it known, it's cause they aren't on top of of their shit. Only you can fully know yourself and hence only you can fully love and accept yourself. You want to say the line to get the approval to approve of yourself. Skip the process and approve of yourself anyways. Stop assuming that you're toxic. You aren't it's a a lie you have bought into. Your RAS is making that belief a reality. I validate myself. I'm amazing. I'm a beautiful person. I deserve a 10. I don't need anything from anyone. I have so much to offer from who I am, my being, my soul.

That won't work buddy. Not in the long term. You need to get out of the world of abstract concepts like these. And stop being so self absorbed. Meditate. Get busy with life and set goals. It will come. But don't chase it anxiously. If you are interested in getting this state, zen meditation is the best bet, and then transcending it to simple daily chores and further into your work and whole life. But it still takes a lot of time. Might as well apply to Victoria's Secret, might be easier hehe

Learning so much from this, I have Adhd, so I find it hard not to come out with the truth in the most impulsive way But I'm starting to see that it's kinda cool, I just speak my mind and come out with the wierdest things But I can see that people like that about me haha Good video man, best coach

Good stuff. Incidentally, this whole thing about feeling good enough and feeling like you have enough despite one's outer circumstances is a yogi's life long mission and objective

Great video. I had the thought of being enough, simply by being myself and ive been on a journey to be the happiest I can be with the least amount of "things" or "status" for many years now. I wanted to find out what was really important to me. Health and well being are the top of the list. It's interesting to note from my experience though, that not everyone wants to be around that energy lol. There's many ppl out here that are not on that vibe yet..so you may find yourself alone in your happiness most of the time. No one tells you that part;) also harder to find a suitable partner. Ppl that haven't been putting in the self work aren't the most comfortable with love, affection and deep connection from others. BUT, at least you will be authentic and whole, and live a quality life. Good luck to everyone on their journey♡

Vanessa P Well said and interesting Vanessa. I used to be in that zone myself and accidentally lost it.. being dragged down because almost everyone had energy lower than mine. Got to dangerous low levels but I’ve been relearning and coming back myself. Liked reading what you said though. So thanks

@@saturnosa734 I appreciate the comment. Self love, acceptance and respect are constant work. It's OK to hit the lows, just try not to stay there too long:) Glad you're on the rise.

In part three. I wanted to supplement the reaching vibe. The word client means in etymology as to lean on. I think there is a sense of humility when you are aware of needing to push your energy onto someone else, it is a willful act that you know the other person is in the better to -give-to-you-position. I think this dynamic can become a habit in many where they forget to turn this off and they forget what being on the other side looks like. Furthermore, the problem is is that in the west, you are looked at as weak for needing help. Ironically enough people come from their masculine frame looking for feeding in their vulnerable frame. Wanting feminine nurturing in a masculine state is like oil and water. Trauma work makes sense, but there is a sense of humility in the microneeds of receiving from the other person and not only being the person that gives gives gives.
