I will try him in my Chainer deck, which is very madness heavy. The first ability ist kind of a nonbo, but the second triggers on madness

Right off the bat, Tibalt and Lukka are both excellent Planeswalkers for a Prosper deck. Edit: You had Tibalt in with the Creatures.

I wish it could. Prosper being removed once wrecks the deck. If the exile/Treasures matter.
