One of the best songs I've ever heard
@Bennick3232 жыл бұрын
It's rare for me that the meaning behind a song and the emotions conveyed by the melody and composition intertwine so perfectly. I discovered it only recently and it's the perfect song for this year of self-improvement I'm embarking on. I hope all of you find yourselves and achieve growth and inner peace.
@Herpusderpus7 ай бұрын
Same here. Trying to rise above the inner demons holding me back and this song is a pretty inspiring experience.
@vindorin6 ай бұрын
@Bennick323 Thank you. How has your journey been this past year, friend?
@Bennick3236 ай бұрын
@@vindorin Thanks for asking! Been sort of research focused. A friend pointed out that an experience I had may be linked to possibly having PTSD. I spent a while reading The Body Keeps the Score and other stuff to understand it, and I think she was right. I have been doing some intense journaling and self-directed exercises to try to catalog all the things I will be looking for professional help to work on; it feels like I'm going to head into an office and drop a user manual on the table, haha. Also developed a huge interest in philosophy I want to develop, especially Deleuze. Tough to get through, but I've been chasing down side materials discussing it and I feel the interpretation I'm building is bringing me to a place of greater self-affirmation and an internal locus of control. I am learning to identify which social expectations are worth following or iterating upon and which merely limit my potential. Shout out to DGQC. All in all, the theme is to try to finally pull off decades of shame and the fear of it stored in my body, to live authentically, to realize it's my life to live and that I have the ability and right to affect the world around me. I want to write about music like the above that speaks to me and make music that can help drive others like me to a healthy, centered life where they can find their own happiness. Healing is not linear, but with time and effort, I at least now believe I can get where I want to be. It's all in the long game: there is no happily ever after. There is only how each of us is never in some fixed state, but a process which evolves over time with the flows of desire. Exploring, nudging, and editing that process til it produces that result we want is the key. Once again, hope everyone finds their way. "flame of consciousness, flame of knowledge, flow through me and pervade my physical body, pervade my higher spirit, light my path and every step i take, so that i am able to guide myself, to wander in brightness and with fortidue, the mountains of being and the depths of reality and give me the strength to surrender to what ever is and may be with silence and acceptance"

🎼Metanoia Lyrics The sands of time no longer speak in tongues of persuasion An ocean changed in form and sound to swallow thee The dust of silence procreates, but fades immediately As I observe the sphinxes vanish in the winds I know his day is nigh I know the night must die Revealing lasting peace beyond all fragile woe I feel the void extending I feel the self transcending Dimensions falling down beneath the open eye I look around myself and witness dreams and dreams and dreams I am surrounded but untouched by all things ill-conceived The strangest forms appear to me in everlasting streams To renew illusion's seed that no thing will ever be relieved Void is mind itself, and mind itself is void A presence of the absence of will Is speaking from beyond the veils of lunacy Reminding me of what I am I know the I is falling I know these roots are sprawling For benediction comes through him who is in all I feel them flowing through my veins I feel them slowly breaking chains And reason resignates with unexpected grace (Repeating) Receive the silent voice The sound of transformation Flame of consciousness, flame of knowledge, flow through me And pervade my physical body, pervade my higher spirit Light my path and every step I take, so that I am able to guide myself To wander in brightness and with fortitude The mountains of being and the depths of reality And give me the strength to surrender to whatever is and may be With silence And acceptance

Schammasch has been my favorite music for over a year. Perfect sleep music, car music. . As a drummer, I have to say that this drummer is amazing. But there are also the vocals and the strings. There is no better. What a atmospheric vibe they create. I'm going to buy the music. Thank you for the tones. They hit me deep. Greetings from Norway
