Right? You can tell that that was a very serious topic for her and he passed over it at first like it was nothing. It was so nice seeing how her face lit up and demeanor changed whenever her grandma was brought up. Seems like she could go on and on about how much she loved her and enjoyed her company. I’m happy she’s experienced such a great relationship that she’ll always hold dear. I hope that whenever she’s going through dark times, she can think of her grandma to help her mind escape to a better place and bring a little light back to her mood.

As a classmate who went to the same continuation school as her, she was always well reserved. She only hung out with this girl named Maya. We'd talk to each other everyday and everything was always fine. But i noticed whenever id compliment her as a person or how pretty she is, she'd get shy or act like she wouldnt know what to do with herself. She also used to confide in me about the things her mom brought her through and how they had a very SOUR relationship. I used to hug her and tell her everything would be okay. I genuinely wish she gets herself together 🥺. Shes always been beautiful and ive always known some of her story but to get the full version through this video is so heart wrenching. She's fast. Fucked a dude as soon as she met him at 17, and then when asked if she wanted to be his hoe, she said yes. When Mark asked why she said the dick was good. This is a 17 year old girl with this mindset. Her momma was fast as well. Her dad tried to be a disciplinarian, but when she went to her mom's place it was a party. She was partying, dancing, drinking , going to the beach at 2am at 12 years old, etc. There was no structure. That's what the mom showed her daughters growing up. Like mother like daughter. Stop trying to make it a race thing. She is/was fast as hell. That's why she chose this fast life.

Mark, since you seem to interview a lot of people who have been sexually and physically abused, maybe you should consider taking some training to better understand the considerations as you ask these questions and respond to their answers. I know you intend to do good work, but you often mishandle both the questions and responses. I understand you interview 1000s and that is remarkable, but the possibility that you have become desensitized to this subject matter is interfering with your delivery. These people have not been interviewed by 1000s and they can feel violated and caught off guard by the direct line of questioning. You paying them does not absolve you of having a more sensitive approach. For example, you could start by asking them whether they are okay with you asking these specific lines of questions. This will allow/enable the victims to feel more in control of this information. Thank you for considering this and best wishes to you.

Her mother was jealous of her because she grew into a beautiful young lady and she should of been proud and protecting her but instead she started hating on her own flesh and blood just despicable; and her father should of been protecting her instead of labeling her and treating her like discarded refuse; and you the interviewer aren’t treating these beautiful young ladies no better just because they’re living unsafe and terrible lives in the horrible profession they are in doesn’t mean you too should be as heartless so may you please stop saying “fast”, and ask why do you think you became “promiscuous” at an early age instead. And maybe you could fake a little empathy for these poor people because it’s not showing as much when you interview them! But I will say that we appreciate your efforts in awareness of how much of these people get into this unsafe, unclean profession! I will pray for them all

So now I can’t use slang? Hate that she was asked if she was “fast.” Sounds like her mom might’ve been dabbling in a very fast life which exposed her to predators + her dad was bitter and resentful at the mother because she was irresponsible and her daughter was following in her footsteps very early. Being curious about sex/love/romance/the opposite sex is a normal in adolescence. Having parents who degrade you, abuse you, knowingly expose you to sexual predators and drinking etc. when you are quite literally a child… is not normal and left her open to a lot of trauma. Normalize not calling young girls fast, especially when they are ALWAYS usually called fast in relation to the older men who prey on, groom and manipulate them.

In alot of interviews he tends to use the same words as the people are using in that moment, i think it is intentional.
