I needed this, the struggle with sin is painful but I see why Jesus has said to die daily.

WOW!!! I've never looked at the story of Nehemiah that way. Praise God for the Holy Spirit showing you these things, and for you being willing to share them with us! This was a powerful message!

Pastor Ivor Myers, I was always intrigued by your interpretation of the Holy Bible. I have learned so much from your compelling sermons. This was yet another moving and powerful message; but what makes this time different is that I am surprised. You see, after being rejected and mocked by you and other pastors regarding my discovery from studying Revelation 17 --that the harlot is not Papal Rome, but the Black Israelites that was scattered to the four corners of the earth, I doubted if you were the real deal. My high expectation of the SDA Church and especially you were shattered. I had just read Nehemiah again in November of last year (2018). After hearing you today, I am eating a slice of “HUMBLE PIE”. Although, I will NEVER, EVER be convinced that the harlot is Papal Rome, but the way you glorified Jesus and the many, many important perspectives you illustrated in this “Protect the Gates” sermon have convinced me to now feel - who am I to judge. I will continue to listen to your sermons and leave your judgment in the hands of God. I would like to express my appreciation again for this powerful message. It is reminiscent of how I felt when I first saw you preach the sermon “The Blueprint: Earth’s Final Movie”.

Wow.. This is truly a spirit filled Sermon. Im always facinated how God can reveal new truths or make old truth appear new via His chosen vessels. Pastor Ivor, may God continue to use your gift of thinking outside the box or seeing things differently to bring many more to Christ. May He continue to bless and protect you and your family. Amazing Sermon! Amazing God!
