A week ago I was at the beach with my family. I asked Yemaya to meet me there and she did. I lost my 8yr old autistic son at the beach for about 15 minutes. I e found him safe and sound! He went walking in the opposite side of the beach. I just knew he wasn’t in the water. I left her an offering as soon I was able to.

I'm learning more abt Yemaya I have an altar for her and Oshun, of course separately. I pray to her for protection for me and my mom. I wondered if I could pray to her for feminine issues like my very bad menstural pains that cause me grief for relief. I found out abt Yemaya by walking into a Botanica in my neighborhood. I was drawn to a pic of her on a bottle of perfume and picked it up. I smelled the aromas and became drawn to her. I asked the cashier abt her in which she told me but she said theres a reason why I picked up the bottle with Yemaya.

My alter has Oshun only.. is it ok to add Yemaya or should I place them on separate alters. I always ask my guides, angels and Oshun to assist me but I always also no matter what I am asking for include my children to be covered so I think she would be perfect.
