Everyone has weakness or weaknesses. Satan knows these, and he uses these against us. Never underestimate the methods of Satan. He’s way too smart for us. That’s why we have to work hard, and beg God for the graces to help to fight this battle. And no, we don’t always win. But God wants all of us to keep trying to become a saint. Jesus said something like, “The will is strong, but the flesh is weak,” so He was very aware of all of these difficulties we may run into. Many people may look at certain sins with contempt. They can’t understand why someone would submit to certain sins. That’s because that’s not their weakness. So if you know someone that is tortured by the temptations listed in this video, be a positive force. Do not look down in contempt. Give charity to the person, understanding that you may have a temptation as well that needs someone to give you charity. That doesn’t mean accepting those sins. That doesn’t mean overlooking them. That doesn’t mean no attempt to amend your life. All of this we must do. But looking down at someone like a Pharisee, exhibits your lack of charity. In this modern world we live in, it’s nearly impossible to escape the near occasion of sin, unless you live in a closet. Some people have no issues with that temptation, yet have some other temptations they battle. Some of these temptations we will have to battle with until our last breath. So help each other as brothers in Christ.

Lord, I pray for all the unborn babies, for their complete safety and well being, that they may stay intact until time for each of them to be born. I pray the Rosary that life in the womb wins, that all mothers will choose life for their unborn babies, that they will not be able to go through with the abortion but chooses life and gets out of the abortion mill with their babies still intact in their womb. I pray for this, because the unborn babies are my neighbors who are in need, so I pray for their complete safety and well being, that they be able to stay in the womb until time for each to be born and be allowed to live according to God’s desires for them to live. Please, Lord, hear and answer my prayers for all the unborn babies. Amen.

I truly hope that all women, most especially those who attend mass, will normalize dressing modestly. It is very sad that even in going to mass, there are those who dress distractingly and in such a manner that lowers their dignity. How sad that women do the exact opposite with their bodies as to how God had intended us to be. Some days I am ashamed for the females about me (yes, I am a woman), with their scanty clothing, their looseness. And I can see mothers passing it down to their daughters! Shameful. Pray for the lost sense of modesty and purity from parents to their children, that parents will wake up and realize what they do (or don't) & that God will hold them accountable. In the reflection notes before confession, this is a sin addressed. I am thankful you went over the virtues of fasting and avoiding sin. I sometimes chastise myself that some of my repeated offenses to Christ, should I apply myself more... with my Lord' aid, would cease to be. I need to grow in trust with Christ more as that's part of the problem. Pray for me, and many out there in the exact same boat. St Maria Goetti is amazing... her story strikes my heart and I wish I'd known of these virgin Catholic saints growing up. Things may have turned out differently on my bad choices, but praise be to God His forgiveness of them, my slate anew.
