wtf with that audience? pearls before swine such an excellent and fun band to see play. Haight street fair I think in 1997, they stole the show so completely! Saw them maybe 10 times, always always always amazing

Please someone tell me what the deal is with this show! I have seen Protein so many times, I can't put an exact number on it. I even had Protein play a show here in Santa Rosa, Ca. At the English Rose. 1994. 22 Fillmore, Protein, The Fkn A$$holes, Monster Zero, Welt, and another band. There is not one Protein show I have seen that did not have the crowd going crazy! What is the deal with the crowd at this show? Totally bizarre situation. Whoever was at this show, obviously has no clue about how bad ass this band was.
