Hi Maria - I'm an old broad who went on Atkins induction in 2004 and never came off. I am a huge fan of your no nonsense approach. And I am LOVING your egg white bread in all its glorious variations. I do have one burning question though: My sister lives 7500 feet above sea level. She is having the worst time with this bread - it flattens out like a pancake. I have been to Barcelona. Take an architecture tour. Also visit a museum of Picasso's early works. I was amazed that they weren't his modern art!

I’m so glad I heard you say not to mix the egg white powder with the egg whites! I’ve been doing that and the texture is awful. Looking forward to gently combining and hopefully getting a better texture

I know sometimes you update your recipes so just curious if you’ve made any updates to this Maria as I would like to bring this to a family gathering. Does this freeze well if I made ahead or if I made a day early does it keep well in fridge? Thank you! 😊 Oh and where can I get that non bitter stevia?
