I use egg white pwd to make loaves as pasture raised eggs are way expensive here plus I often don't use the other half in time 😢 Can You think of any reason it might not work if not using fresh egg whites?? Alot of it depends on the environment where you live temperature and humidity etc and eggs sometimes mine whip in about 6 minutes and others 10 its never tge exact same every time for me anyway

This is intriguing. I’ve seen other breads using pork rinds and am curious. Does it taste like pork rinds? My mother and brother don’t like them so if it does I’d be the only one eating it. I have a sweet tooth and need healthier options. Thank you for posting.

there are no pork rinds in this bread so - no - it does not have any pork rind taste

How many carbs are in the slice? I input the recipe into My Fitness Pal and it’s showing 14.6 g carbs in one slice.

it will depend on how many slices but at 8 slices per loaf, each slice has 1 carb
