Actually they're both the same, Keratin is a protein itself, it's the main protein that constitutes the hair, nails & horns(in animals). Probably the difference is in that , keratin is only keratin but protein is a mixture of keratin + elastin for flexibility & collagen for shiny looking hair.

Heat karna hi nahi hai yaar. 4 din ki chanani hai ye. New growth to vaise hi ani hai. Bas frizzyness & damage hair nikalana chahiye, aur ye lorieal jaise heavy chemicaled products se nahi lekin. Koi natural treatment nahi de sakte ye parlour vale
