If Coastal people say "NO" to mogukaa,they have not RESTRICTED you people NOT to look for the market of your staff somewhere else.WHY MUST YOU FORCE THEM and even threaten them to consume your staff? Ignore the Coastal people and instead switch your business to somewhere else ,example to Nakuru,Eldoret,Kisumu and even across the border. Mnashida gani na watu wa pwani? Leave them alone.
