After a good workout my spirit and mental clarity is improved for the rest of the day. On some days the hardest part is getting started. 😴

Seriously!!! I should get my ducks in a row to do the daily! It is encouragement like this that keeps me going now. I promise to absorb it and try my best to be more regular (this said after I flopped and took the past nearly two weeks off) Thanks so much for adding fuel to the tanks!

I have two tips for you: For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is LIFE and PEACE. Rom 8:6 and this one. But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-control; against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23 But everyone has access to Jesus and his Love......Sincerely yours..... 😃

Nice routine, do you track your heart rate to see where you get it to ? I'd hate to spar with you, I'd have two black eyes, you got a mean jab ! I hope you have a great weekend. Best wishes from Maine !

I need to reset my Garmon watch to track my activity... one of the things that gets put on the back burner because I truly struggle with technology.

Hello there!

Small life hack: If you take a small piece of rope or fabric measuring 70-80 cm (27-31 in), the balance will be easier and spend less useful energy to maintain balance, this energy can be spent on additional elements of the exercise. 😉🤘🏻

I don't strap in on purpose. To trigger the tiny muscles that can potentially get stronger through balancing and exercises where I focus on combining balance and movement.

@@ProTipsForParas Maybe I didn’t write correctly and you misunderstood me. The language barrier, I am not an English-speaking person, but I want to learn your language. When I wrote about the rope, I had in mind that you need to hold it in your hands like a gymnastic stick, the rope does not tie you to a wheelchair, but instead gives freedom because it is easier to balance with it.😊

Again, I like to fight to balance, triggering muscles that are weak or partially paralyzed
