Read my main comment posted just now. Ultimately you have no true privacy with vpn. You're just hopping to the next opening. Any VPN service should have 3 easy buttons: Skip your isp (least private), multi hop (more private), lockdown (most private but you can only use incognito mode and you have to figure out how to block all apps and browsers from connecting to the internet. That's the real truth to this vpn game.

@AllThingsSecured3 жыл бұрын
Thanks, David! Any VPN that allows for manual configuration (including ProtonVPN) can be added to a viable router. However, most of the time the router/modem provided by your internet service provider (ISP) won't work for this. You'll need to buy a separate router that allows for VPN configurations. You can use SmartDNS with any router, but that’s not the same. I think the biggest thing is that encryption requires computing power, and most cheap router/modems just can’t handle that. Your connection would be too slow.

No point of paying for tor P2p. It's free and all servers are free to use. Once you singup for this vpn they still connect to free public tor. That's the whole point of tor. If you use private servers for tor thne it's not actually private at all. The only way to use tor most securely is have your own exit node and use the regular tor.
