Hi mate, What servos/DC motors, speed controllers and rocker switches did you use? I've been messing with the same thing for a while but can't seem to get a smooth transition between variable speeds.

Handizoom does not control the iris or focus and is still not yet a product despite being announced well over a year ago.

Unfortunately someone else already had a patent on this concept so I was unable to take it any further.
