Instead of creating whole solutions, how about offering just pontoons with built-in plumbing? The way I see it, building the pontoon with built-in sewage treatment, and permitting is the hard part. By mass-producing these pontoons, you drive down costs, reduce waste, and help protect the environment. Customers then choose whatever size they want, and then build their desired homes as they see fit.

My only sugestion is solar should not take up floor or flat roof top space put it up on a canopy and you get more living space for people.
