Some great practical advice here! I'm building a prototype for a card game right now, and will take your advice about using sticker paper and blank cards. I also agree that using card sleeves doesn't work well, because even the matte ones are so slippery that they make shuffling awkward. Your solution looks much better. Please keep the videos coming!

Thanks! The kind words motivate me to make more videos. The sticker paper really helps elevate a prototype and that improves the play testing experience for everyone.

Loved the video Elan! As for a game you have to try to make with these three items, I would like to challenge you to make hide-and-seek using cards! Can't wait for the next video! :)

Great video! Thanks for sharing such great info based on your experience. I tried to make a Storm Area 51 card game and used the same blank cards for Kyles and Karens and you had to rescue/bust out the aliens. I gave up and ended up just hiring a ghost writer to write Area 51 cheek-clappin' erotica and published it on Amazon hoping it would go viral. It did not.
