Do you have any idea how long it would take a new IM account before it was possible for them to do Necro? It seems like a lot of work and combat is required before even starting, just to get bones. That is before they even consider the mining needed to make anything. That's a lot of work that has nothing to do with Necro that needs to be done before you do Necro work that needs to be done before doing any Necro combat at all. Seems weird for a combat skill.

I love how necromancy makes use of other skills, that totally makes sense. Crafting and upgrading your stuff seems so much better to me. It is so much easier to introduce people into a combat system this way, rather than giving them overwhelming desicions to choose from, cuz how would you know what's good or not? Necromancy fixes that problem in my opinion, it is a in depth desicion making tool.

The Reborn warriors in the Phoenix Lair drop ashes when killed. I got about 45 by doing a Phoenix run. Alternatively, some of my clan mates have suggested the Abyss (fairy ring ALR) but I don't think that area is instanced, so you might have competition. Word of warning though, using magic notepaper on ashes doesn't work, but using the _ashes_ on the notepaper does.

My main advice is wear hybrid armour (such as warpriest of armadyl/bandos for the coodown) as this acts as level 60 armour that doesnt check necro level and lets you punch way above your paygrade in combat. It seems like the summons cant miss so provided you dont take damage in combat you can fight some pretty tough mobs and win haha

Right-click the center pedestal and select the "Show Durability" option. It'll show the "health" bars of every ritual component, but the bars will disappear again after a short time

3 for me is all inks using basic ashes. Definitely seems like it was meant to be the tiered ashes from demons since they were giving them out during the last will event alongside the bones that you absolutely do use for this lol

-Definitely agree that the ritual site should be instanced. Way too many people running around and some assholes put those giant fucking challenge gems right in the way. -Arbuk and blood of orcus are way too high level for a super potion. -The different types of ink and candles are superfluous. -The soul count for the different Well thresholds is absurd. -Rituals are pretty boring and there really should be a way to automatically restore components. Other than that, I like the skill so far.

One thing I don't understand what it does is when you finish a ritual you get souls, I currently got like 500 souls stored when I click on the stairs.. but what does that do? I can't seem to find anything about it hahaha

Need lesser necroplasm (made by ritual-ing the basic stuff you canbuy from Lupe), regular ashes, and vials of water. You make the ink by crafting the necroplasm in your inventory

Most bones you get from drops aren't worth using in rituals and the ones that are shouldn't be crushed anyway (like wyvern, dragonkin, and dinosaur) so I don't think so

I really appreciate how they've kept up with finding new ways to use old content ... like nobody gave a fuck about bones and ash but this skill makes them relevant l, at least a lil bit However, why do they have to keep creating new areas for new content? I remember them saying "we've created anachronia, so we've got plenty of space for new content" and then create this weird pocket dimension for it to exist.... stick it to the East of the ruins in wilderness (necromancy = raising dead, plenty of people died there ...) or something Also, why the fuck did they put that ritual site so fucking far away from the town!? Which genius thought "we can lay this out however we like ... let's put the two main areas super far apart" Side note, wish they'd stop fucking with the camera when you teleport somewhere! Go to Um and it shifts, top of the wizard tower makes it point south etc leave the camera alone!

My personal experience so far is that it's not even worth bothering with Necromancy until they make the Rituals instanced... With everyone buzzing around it's functionally impossible to do any of the clickables, and that isn't even getting into the griefers who just set fires all over the Ritual Site

Took me a bit too, but one of your ritual thingies (glyphs, candles) will glitter, but it's very subtle. I almost didn't notice it. Click the glittery one to make the skeleton go away.

the thing is this skeleton is walking slowly towards one of your tiles, you need to identify which tile he is targeting, and click him then click that tile, he will be disrupted and you get goodies. So its as simple as observe, click ghost, click tile, done.
