High school student pa din ako, and I'm 6' flat. I can't dominate the paint because of my size. I'm too thin to take the pressure inside. But I can say that I've developed ah pretty good footwork. Btw, I'm 15 years old.

This is all well and good but the best part of the high post is that you have the defense held by their jugular. Reading help defenders and passing is as important if not more so than any of these scoring moves.

"Make sure to establish the new pivot foot before you pick up the dribble" - 5:17 pick up, one leg on the ground(so it is the pivot foot), 5:18 lift of the pivot foot and landing on it - travel.

Of current players sure. LeBron should use post moves a lot more tbh. He's been getting gassed continually driving into the lane for the past 5 yrs resulting in weaker defensive ability.
