Remember to shoot at the top of your jump not on the way down. On the rip-spin you generally don't want two dribbles into the key. If you take two dribbles the ball will be gone and you will be running back on defense. One dribble max in most situations. Also on your left handed "sky-hook" don't swing the ball into the defender before the shot... it will easily get stripped. Tuck the ball almost like a football there will be 2-3 guys digging down to strip. Also it is a good idea to keep your off arm/hand up (vertical position so you are not call for sweeping the defense) to create space between you and your defender.

Good moves, I like them. Take care, at 3:07 is travel! You should not pick up your pivot before start to dribbling. I know in the NBA you can do everything, but these are the rules... There are other illegal/travel starts too in the video...

you should show how to do post moves on defenders instead of air. you're not explaining the necessary details on footwork and body contact to make any of these moves really effective.

Contact + Strength + just doing it. A lot of guys 10-20 years older than you just learned from watching on endless repeat or having it done to them enough times to copy it off of feel.
