because there is no where near enough people that are willing to take in kids to take care of, they only want babies when people adopt kids, they dont want any kid over the age of 2, there are groups on the internet that tell people wanting to adopt not to adopt older kids, i think someone should look in to whats going on, lots of kids being bought and sold, lots of kids being adopted to bad people, groups of people doing some underground stuff, in fact there was a group on facebook that was banned multiple times, and it was all about giving people that wanted to adopt fake and bad info, makes me wonder what there intentions are

EXACTLY what I thought! It’s so infuriating that no one would spend that much on that little girl when she was alive. And her mother and grandmother were failed just like she was. Children (and women and non whites) are not AS VALUABLE as people in our current justice system. Sentence evaluation vs offender profile and victimology stats bear this out so I’m not just making random statements unfortunately, and it sure sucks. MMIW missing murdered indigenous women (and girls and 2 spirit people) is becoming so epidemic that there’s now a word for it. WTAF. It is absolutely racist as far as who gets their case more media attention and money bc the world isn’t fair, racism is real, and it is ugly. However I think in this case it was less of an issue than her being an abusive violent mom (any color) who hurt her own kids

I really hope you get through this and are able to enjoy life, I know what it is to have those feelings, my mother is 76 and still a hateful abusive person, she's just verbal now though, she knows that being and old lady isn't going to help her if she puts her hands on me now. That sounds bad but I refuse to take anything else, I don't even speak to her because she will always say something and she can't get it in her head that I'm grown and Im a good mother and I know the difference and I know she could have controlled herself. As a CA teacher who’s had to make over 20 CPS reports over the years, here is what I’ve learned: CPS doesn’t have to do anything, if they deem the report unnecessary to investigate, BUT the police have to investigate EVERY call!! I made over 5 reports to CPS about one of my students and they did nothing. When I finally called the police and reported all that I knew, they IMMEDIATELY went to check it out, THEY called CPS and the boy was removed from the home THAT DAY!! I say this as a mother of 3, so I've had 3 pregnancies, and I can tell you from my personal experience at almost 8 months pregnant I had a blow out on my truck, and had to change my tire, which required me having to jack up my vehicle, and having to lift up the spare tire to line it up with the lug nuts, I did this on my own while heavily pregnant..( & A full size truck tire is pretty heavy lol) I'm not going to say that the neighbor wasn't involved by helping with the suitcase lifting, but I'm just not going to automatically assume this evil monster wasn't able to do all the heavy lifting herself either. Jhessye and her siblings were born in California, a blue state where access to services are not restricted. This was also 2018. With this in mind, Jerice elected to have her kids. She elected to not put them up for adoption. She also elected to get them back after she was released from prison. If this were a case where someone was forced to give birth in a state with restricted access in 2022, we still couldn't use this example as the option to relinquish rights is out there. I don't talk politics anymore on this channel, but people make assumptions based on how I look. Let's just say that as a woman, I'm with you and hear you. But the two don't compute. If there's a time where we don't have the option to relinquish parental rights, then ok. But for now, really, the focus should simply be on bodily autonomy. Much love to you.

She chose to have her kids, sounds pretty pro choice to me. I love it when it's still another person's fault for murderers killing their kids despite having 30 methods of contraceptions, at the time abortion access or foster care access. And still birthing the kid just to torture them and get money from the government. You don't get it, women like this WANT babies for benefits they don't want abortions. And yet it's still someone else's fault, take some accountability in your life and before you call me some sexist pig I am a woman.

In 2010 N.C. had a missing child case that made news in several states. Her name is Zahra Baker and she came here from Australia with her father. The only part of her found was her prosthetic leg. She lost her leg to bone cancer, and her hearing to Chemo. There was a picture of a blood stained mattress being brought out of the landfill with a crane. At the time that Zahra was being searched for, I was eagerly awaiting the birth of my granddaughter. Zahra was only 10 years old.

About the neighbor... I don't think they fully knew but probably put 2 &2 together after the fact. I believe she was able to lift the suitcase containing her daughter and put it in the trunk. The neighbor probably eventually smelled something emitting from there. The neighbor may have actually thought she was selling shoes until she seen her haul it off to the dumpster. I'm lost after that. I wonder if cameras were available in that area.

I don't think the neighbor should get in any trouble because let's face it when you give someone a ride the last thing you're thinking is they are disposing of a child's body. and if the kids are right and their mom wasn't feeding her she probably didn't weigh much at all. my 4 year old granddaughter only weighs 38lbs and she's healthy. so that so called mother didn't need help picking up that suitcase. I just don't understand what's happening in this world anymore. nobody is safe from anyone. the one place you could feel safe was at home with your parents but now that's not even a safe haven. people better wake up because the world can't last like this much longer.

What always surprises me in these situations is the fact I have 3 children I've been a single parent I know how stressful it is especially when there are teenagers or there are teenagers or they're just arguing little kids over a toy it's stressful but I love them I love them more than life itself. I would give my light for them I spent most of my childhood with my grandparents. My mother in a long story I'm going to make it short was involved with a married man who had 4 children my father home she got pregnant by she was madly in love with she was 21 and he was in his forties. I understand it because he was a very handsome man but he was married she maid she was a homerecker. My dad died at a young age not even a month after I was born I was basically I was basically given to my grandparents to raise while my mom went to school. There have been times in my life that my mother has liked me maybe for a minute I always felt that I was a burden nothing ever made me feel secure or loved by my mother or my stepfather but I still turned out OK broken but not destroyed. As I said this relationship with my mother has been a long story. I have a younger brother that she had with my stepdad. My brother always had problems socially emotionally mentally from a very early age but I loved him but as he got older he became extremely aggressive and very big very big he talked out I want to say around 6"6. Anytime he got in trouble or did things it was always my fault I got blamed for all of his issues I don't get that but I guess that's what you do when you can't take responsibility for your own failures blame somebody else yes we're 4 years apart my brother has now passed on and of course that's my fault too because he was a drug addict and had mental issues I believe he was bipolar. Though his parents broke up when I was 16 and he was 12 his father really didn't take any part in his life and my mother just basically fed him Anything and everything he could ever want. Money cars a roof over his head tad food spending money shop bottom clothes I mean this is says a 40 year old man he died at 49 she bought his drugs as alcohol. I not once not ever in our adult lives or even teenage lives ever did drugs with my brother or even drink with him. Nor would I. I was the stable one I went to beauty college I got a job by the time I was 19 I was out of the house. But still my brother was the favorite was I jealous well maybe deeply I was that he was allowed to get away with whatever he wanted to whether he was in-and-out of jail taking advantage of any situation manipulating our mother. At times she would wish she would just die in the sleeper ODI guess but then turn around and strike out at me I was married at 21 had 2 kids by the time I was 255 living my own life and for some unknown reason it was always my fault that my brother was a screw. So needless to say this is a very Jerry Springer story my brother passed on my mother does not talk to me she still blames me. God knows I will never figure that out I can't even wrap my mind around it I aint around it I tried to help him to the best of my ability but I'm not a psychiatrist or a doctor for that matter. And I'm not his parents. But I do believe I listened to I think he was a psychiatrist hes definitely a speaker on this some people just really hate their children from birth no matter how good they are no matter how hard they try to get their parents to love them they're just broken people that hate their children hate their Selfs and I think that's what this issue is! It's like their children take on all of their mistakes that they have made and they are going to make these children suffer for their poor choices. Now here becomes the cycle of abuse the abuse somebody has to stop it what are these people have children in the 1st place they didn't want them them they definitely wouldn't lay their lives down for their own children. They just wanted to have these children to make them suffer. To empower themselves I don't understand understand I never will. If you have such deep problems and hate in your soul get help please don't have children I have children it's not their fault get yourself thicks be a birth control. Get the help you need stop the cycle.

I just started this video and just listened to the list of imposed abuses upon her children and as a black woman I would just like to say that there is also a cultural element to this story. Much of these things were pretty much the norm for how we were punished at least when I was a growing up (I'm 42). I specifically remember as a child being in elementary school and a mother coming into the school auditorium and whipping him with one of those heavy green plastic covered chains. No one batted an eye. And that pretty much was the norm. Teachers and principles were also allowed to "paddle" us back then as well. Anyways I just wanted to provide a bit of context I am NOT making excuses for this woman and her clearly egregious acts at all.
