Prova a banco motore tapis roulant GreenMaster GMD118-1

Motore tapis roulant GreenMaster GMD118-1 provato a banco con scheda controllo GreenMaster KXTL-230.
Mi scuso se la qualità delle immagini non è ottimale, ma dovevo manovrare il potenziometro di regolazione della velocità, tenere fermo per sicurezza il motore (agli alti regimi di rotazione) e manovrare la fotocamera. Spero risulti comunque interessante :-)

Ciao ho un tappeto simile a questo, e non si accende...sai darmi qualche dritta... grazie e a presto... mi e' sembrato che abbia il potenziometro guasto ma ho provato ad unire due fili dei tre e non parte. il modello è power run 390 cmq l'elettronica e' uguale alla GreenMaster

Salve, ho un tappeto che usa questo motore e dopo qualche minuto che ci cammino sopra mi cala di velocità fino a fermarsi. Ho provato a farlo andare senza carico e dopo più di mezz'ora non aveva diminuito e non aveva scaldato eccessivamente. Una volta è calato così tanto da far saltare la corrente in casa. Vorrei avere la certezza che è il motore e non l'elettronica, in questo caso lo potrei comodamente sostituire. Grazie per il consiglio.

Mi dispiace, non sono un riparatore di tapis roulant. In ogni caso, potrebbero essere anche altre parti del meccanismo che provocano un eccesso di carico per il motore, ad esempio il tappeto stesso quando sostiene il peso di una persona. Consiglierei di rivolgersi ad un riparatore.

Stop the video after about 42 seconds. Look at the white connector on the leftmost corner of the GreenMaster KXTL-230 control board. The black wire is connected to connector pin 6 which provides about 10 VDC output (when the control board is properly powered with 230 V from AC mains, of course). The white wire is connected to pin 5 and it provides the speed control voltage input, ranging from 0 to 10 VDC. The blue wire is connected to pin 4 which is system ground. Please verify - by means of a digital multimeter - that on your board you actually have about 10 VDC on pin 6 and that pin 4 is connected to system ground. The yellow wire (pin 2) and the red wire (pin 1) are unused. If I remember well, they provide 10 VDC for powering the digital display, etc.. About the potentiometer, if I remember well I used a 10 kohm, 5W wire potentiometer. The pot was connected to black, white and blue wire, with the white wire being connected to the center (wiper) contact. Of course, any different potentiometer value can work, provided that it can handle the power value given by V x V/R, being V = 10V and R the potentiometer resistance value. Hope this helps, I could not say more.

I suppose any normal potentiometer above say 1 kohms (for example 4.7 kohms or 10 kohms) could easily manage the small DC current flowing through it when 10 VDC are applied to its terminals.
