We get the mattresses today and Andrew is like as SOON as we get those I’m moving over 😂. His voice is dropping so much. He’s growing up like crazy!! We miss you and love you! We can’t wait for your next visit!💜

That lasagna looks delicious! What a great idea to use the egg whites for noodles..... I believe I saw some celebrity doing this on a show one time! God bless!

It’s so good too. You can’t tell it’s egg whites at all! Its got psyllium whole hush in it to help make it a better texture as well. They work good for lots of things!

Thanks for sharing some of your struggles. Always an encouragement. Don't know if you've ever heard of KenDBerryMD here on youtube, but he has some research compiled on how animal fat and cholesterol is actually very healthy, and great for losing weight. I recently stumbled on him when researching the carnivore diet. Jordan Peterson (Canadian psychologist) and his daughter Mikhaila have an autoimmune disorder that has been close to cured from going on an elimination diet and finding out what causes inflammation. Many other people with autoimmune disorders have tried this diet and miraculously got better. Idk about going full carnivore, but that definitely says something about how important animal fat and cholesterol is. I have been struggling with eating healthy too. And I really feel like the Holy Spirit has been showing me this. Hope this helps you on your journey to health too. God bless

My mother in law was doing carnivore for a bit. Its pretty interesting for sure. I couldn't go full carnivore because I find veggies very important. But we center ever meal around protein and healthy fats on an s meal which is more Keto style meals. Thank you for sharing! Im always eager to learn new things. Especially when it comes to eating healthy!
