You'll never capture Providence by just driving by. If you wanna real tour it has to be on foot, scooter or a bike. You'll miss too much just driving in a car. The good stuff happens in alley ways, backyards and of course double decker houses. Grew up in Providence and Pawtucket in the 80's and 90's and saw it at it's probably worst. My parents grew up there too and went to Central and Hope High schools in the 60's and early 70's and said it was bad but the 80's and 90's were the worst. The mall and water fire revealing changed alot of the way things were done going forward in Providence. Thanks Buddy!!
