Salamat Po!Keep in mind my friend that as ship's ETO to deal with refrigerators and A/C IS NOT YOUR OBLIGATION OR JOB!!!Where is your engineers?Scratching the ases in ECR perhaps?Let them do their job where a refrigeration systems is one of their duties!
@dmitriibugayov69752 ай бұрын
It depends on the situation on board. Sometimes you have engineers who are so helpless... Better to do it by yourself to be sure that job is done and nobody gives you extra problems when doing some shit there. Sometimes you knowleges much better than your team in this area, and if people on board are good- better to help them) But if there are lazy stupid motherfuckers- of course send them to do their job))😅

Dear Jake, Icing on evaporator ,so you reduced the super heat by turning it into counter clock wise. Actually here, superheat was "increased". I believe it's done after turning the adjustment screw to "clock wise ."

Hi Elect, thank you for the video, just curious if the vegetable room have evaporator pressure regulator since the piping is interconnected with meat and fish freezer? Means both suction pressure are the same. Provision compressors on this video is Bitzer / Sabroe open type.
@satyabratgaan49186 ай бұрын
Kindly it would be nice to elaborate on superheat thing. First of all if the system was running fine before this problem happened and there was no work done on the TXV of veg room . So why to solve the problem we have to open the TXV more . As we know it has been set by factory before it was fitted as per requirement of the system. That clearly says that TXV should automatically open more as per the operational requirement. That means opening pressure due to the bulb sensing is not sufficient to maintain the superheat. Though the action solved the problem but I feel if TXV is malfunctioning then it needs to be changed so that it maintains the temperature in the previous setting of the TXV.
@mtwithismail9801Ай бұрын
😊
@liam3284Ай бұрын
Risk to open too much is flooding back and damaging the compressor. However, at sea those TXV are subject to a lot more mechanical disturbance than on land.

Our Blaster Freezer room (-40C) frequently have icing on the floor (we have proper door with gasket and curtain strips but hot air from outside or products when we push the hot product into the room to freeze them). Our floor has changed to use PU to reduce icing and anti-slip yet still have this issue... do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for this video. I still have a question, how do you know the level of the refrigerent is okay? And how do you assess the evaporators on your meat and fish room are still good?
@leckyjake3 жыл бұрын
For the level, check your pressures, and on the sight glass you will see the level. For the evap of meat room and fish room, no ice to thaw on the grill and the temperature is in range.
@SCAMATICS7772 жыл бұрын
So is the same compressor running all 3 rooms? I was curious on refrigerant level as well but did not see any gauge readings. Nice video. I would like to see a little more testing before your determination. Thank you. Im about to get certified but lack experience because of covid schooling turned to online.
@findvoltage2 жыл бұрын
@@SCAMATICS777 Its the same as a multi split system AC. no difference, dont confuse yourself with labels, look at what they are, just a pump cycle with switches and relays, oh and mini switches and relays (PCB's). easy as pie, a trained money could do this work. im living proof.

You can see the refrigerant level on the sightglass paced on the condenser unit wich should be at middle the liquid level. Furthermore the temperature from fish and meat room are both in range -18 °C, also you can see the refrigerante gauge from low pressure the indication should be about 1 bar or higher with one of the chamber are working, i hope this make sense and can help you.
