That moment in Game 2 where Alex set up Turn 1 Grade 1 rush, I heard "A playtypus?" Then when Connor proceeded to get hit from 0 to 4, I heard "PERRY THE PLATYPUS?!?!?" This gameplay is just too funny, quality content 😆

Ezel is balanced because of his main skill (the multi attack) being opponent g3 restricted. He isn’t as powerful as I originally thought he would be, but he’s pretty good.

There's hype around Person riding on their grade 2 which is cool but kinda waisting a persona ride if you don't have heavy hitters

@@J-roll1 and with only 3 personas in deck, 4 if you run the grail, you might not get another when you do get your heavy hitters. I still really like how he looks, but I don’t think I’m going to buy him.

​@@J-roll1Plus, even if they do get their beaters, it's only 3 big attacks so as long as the opponent guarded early and prepared for it, it shouldn't be that devastating.

Ezel deck in the D-era is very well-balanced. I really liked this deck

Not that it really mattered by in the last turn for game 1, Perry would be active as Alex did recall the G3 with the G2 skill so the numbers would be 23k, 21k and 31k. Also, have you consider running Diantha in Mystiark? Since a lot of their effects only require 3 or more Mystiark units which counts the VG so you only need 1 more. What I like to do is revive a Persona Ride with Diantha then bounce it with the VG for next turn so that I can keep Persona riding and getting the +1 and potential discard consistently and maybe more than 3-4 times per game.

In game 1, Lurusmanta, in addition to being called by its own effect, also soulcharges 1 card and then targets an opponent's rearguard to prevent it from intercepting. You can actually do this twice in 1 turn using miumiririn to bind and S-call lurusmanta to get another soulcharge.

Gwendolen? Lol that's a surprise. Next Ezel video give Teithfalt and Cadugan+his order a shot in the deck. I'm surprised you didn't take this opportunity to try em actually. They came out in BT11 as well. More so Cadugan at least because his power gain with any order leads to some cool numbers.

In game 2 when Connor attacks with ezel while alex is on G2 33:17 he would not have been able to call things off the top because that skill on ezel is when he attacks a g3 or greater vanguard

Also, Connor shouldn't have won that bc Ezel can't do 5 attacks when opponent VG isn't G3, so Alex would have more cards in hand and/or less damage in that turn.

As DifferentFight said, it does a lot of small things but all those small things stack up to make an impact. The only downside is control decks hinder it quite a bit but as long as you're not going for the discard every turn, you still can pull off most of your effects as you only need 1 more Mystiark RG for your on call effects to trigger.

​​@@cardnacn6704What I like to do against heavy retire decks is not call a full field (as Mystiark only need 3 Mystiarks to trigger their abilities which includes the VG and the called unit) and recycle Persona rides with the VG's bounce skill and any generic revive unit that Stoicheia has, Diantha is my go to as she's the cheapest and is a unit on the field. No need to keep aiming for the discard and just keep farming resources and beatdown the opponent with Persona ride power.
