Speaking of: 2lbs cheap beef cut (chuck roast works well), cubed 4-6 large Russet potatoes, washed and cubed 3-4 whole carrots, washed and cut into ~1in segments 1 large onion, peeled and quartered 3-6 cloves of garlic, minced 2 bay leaves 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or 1tbsp dried rosemary 2tbsp tomato paste 1cup cheap red wine 1cup beef stock 2tbsp beef bouillon/demiglass (sold as "Better Than Bouillon") Salt and pepper (to taste) Water to cover For dutch oven, preheat to 300°F, add everything to pot, cover with lid, bake for 2 hrs For pressure cooker, add everything to pot, set to HI, 40mins, natural release

Not necessarily a breach of contract, but can look bad especially if you do children's entertainment. I recall some children's cartoon voice actors turning down money to say "Fuck [so-and-so]" (even if it's something positive like "Fuck Cancer") because their employers might not be too stoked about the expletive in the voice Note if not obvious this is just what I've heard tangentially, I'm in no way associated with VA industry so take this with a gallon of salt haha
