I had PRP and Prolotherapy for chronic pain and inflammatory arthritis. It made such a difference! The doctor told me I was one of the sickest patients he had ever seen. There were days that I had almost 100 injections. It’s terribly painful, I’m lucky to tolerate pain better than most. It did take about 2 months to really notice anything. I became physically ill with a flu-like illness after 6 weeks, after I got over that, I began to feel better. Sadly, I had to take out a loan to pay for treatment and could not afford to make another loan. These treatments are considered “experimental” in the US, therefore not covered by Medicare or commercial insurance. If I win the lottery, I would go through it all over again.❤
