I am thrilled this video helps give you the confidence to move forward!!! PRP I had been such a fascinating journey as there are days when it feels like your hair has grown so much and days when it feels like nothing has changed. I’ve found keeping progress pictures on my phone to be helpful as it helps to serve as a visual reminder of how far the journey has come! Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment; happy holidays!!!!!

@@ZeeDooley Hi again. I'm just learning about PRP + ACell. This requires only one treatment every 18-24 months. At least that's according to the website I visited. So, one treatment instead of 6 PRP injections without ACell. Have you looked into that?

Great update! I loved hearing about what other home remedies you've been adding to your PRP treatment. And only if I could have your discipline! I am inspired to be more consistent with my skincare and hair care. And, I am glad you're sharing your honest feelings and thoughts about these comments. Yes, budget is always an issue when making any decision, and feedback and comments are natural to follow content as real as this, but nothing would justify rude or inconsiderate comments. Looking forward to your next video! 😀

Hi Lena! Thank you for such an excellent comment! With everything going on back home, being disciplined with my haircare, skincare, and exercise routines has kept me feeling relaxed, and they help with feeling normal. Thank you so much for stopping by; I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Thank you for sharing. I went for my breast reduction to one of the best who also convinced me of an unnecessary lipo under my chin. Well he was very successful "disfigureting"my breasts and jaw line that was pretty nice. As you said, the research has to be extensive and one meeting with the professional is not enough.

Hello Gladys! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am sorry to hear about your experience and that it didn't go as you wanted. In early 2020, when I was getting ready for my wedding before the pandemic began, I was convinced to get CoolSculpting to "aid" weight loss and further refine the shape of my waist and flanks. Sadly, it made my love handles look more prominent, and I felt more insecure about the area than I did before the treatment. That was the experience when my outlook changed, and I became a massive advocate of researching and consulting before going forward with any treatments. My mom has some surgeries coming up early next year as part of her breast cancer journey, so we have been looking through all of her options, so she can feel her best after everything has been finished. Thank you so much for sharing, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Hey Zack, thanks for sharing your experience! I like the idea of making it a daily ritual to use the LED helmet - I'm terrible at remembering to do things just once or twice a week unless I set a reminder on my phone. It's also fascinating to hear of your experience navigating the various available products. You mentioned that you only use the Kerastase product with silicone on the tip and midshaft of the hair; I just recently discovered that the pyrithione zinc shampoo I use (Exact brand) has silicone in its formula… sounds like I could use a clarifying shampoo in my rotation, since I usually let that shampoo sit on the scalp when I shower. Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi Andy! Using something like the LED helmet is not ideal as it differs from the manufacturer's instructions. Currently, there aren't any concrete studies outlining parameters for the "ideal" treatment duration or frequency, so following the directions would be the most ideal, even though it's not how I am using it. HAHA! Silicones in hair products are something I like for the mid-shaft and ends of my hair, as they can help with minimizing tangles and leave things feeling a little silkier. Letting your shampoo sit on your scalp is terrific for allowing an active like pyrithione zinc to take effect. Some results like anti-flaking, anti-itching, and reduced inflammation can occur quickly! Adding a clarifying treatment every week or two to help your hair and scalp feel extra clean, as they can help remove product and oil build-up that our daily shampoo sometimes misses; just make sure to follow up with nourishing condition or hair mask! Thank you so much for the wonderful comment; I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Ive been losing so much hair lately and been trying all those sprays and such, none actually work. I didn't even know this was a thing! thanks for your insight!

Hello Jillybean! PRP is a treatment I had heard of and learned about in aesthetics school for facial rejuvenation, but I wasn't familiar with its use for hair loss until I was looking for solutions for my hair loss. Topical solutions for hair loss are tricky as minoxidil/rogaine have been FDA-cleared for treatment, and several others have promise, but they don't have the research backing their results to the same degree. However, since I’ve begun using the rosemary oil, I feel like I have seen additional benefits in the density of my regrowth! A general and helpful rule of thumb is to remember most treatments will take 3-6 months of regular usage to see the first signs of improvement and more noticeable results after 12+ months. I hope this was helpful, and I wish you the best of luck on your journey! Warm wishes; I hope you have an excellent rest of the week!

Oh. I didn't know you were having hair loss babe. 😔. I've lost over 70% of my hair since the first week of June due to Covid. So. I finally cut off a lot the other day. I don't regret cutting it. It feels so much better. I hope you're well. ❤️

Hello Mignon! I am so sorry that you are experiencing Covid related hair loss! I love that you are enjoying the feel of your new haircut! Hair loss is something that no one expects until one day we notice it happening to us, and each of our journeys will be different, but knowing you're not alone can sometimes help ease the feelings. Have you spoken to your doctor/health care provider to see if they could identify the type of hair loss you are experiencing? From what I have read Covid related hair loss is often telogen effluvium which is onset by trauma and then goes back to normal 2-3 months after. The bright side is that telogen effluvium is not a scarring form of hair loss which means everything should go back to how it was before the shedding began! Thank you so much for sharing your experience; hopefully, things will start normalizing soon! Warm wishes and big hugs; I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
