When i setting on accelaration TWF .I not choose' non averaging ' then the tool can acquise the value. But when i choose averaging to Set value average the tool show " time out , check the sensor" . My tested motor have operating speed at 50 Hz . Lower freq = 0.5 HZ. Time to collect 0.12 sec. What can i do when can not set average value?

I have vibexpert ii and I tried many times to install utility in my pc but this message appeared " The Java version currently installed is out of date. Java Version 6.0 is required for this software installation . you will be automatically redirected to the download page."but I didn"t find the software in the page please I need your help and support to solve this issue
