Great job, it was the bees knees. We grow cherry tomatoes and bell peppers in our glasshouse and we don't grow big tomatoes. There is only the two of us in the house and we end up giving most of the tomatoes and peppers away to friends and family.

I’m always amazed at how much one plant can produce!

My friend's UPS man gave him Italian tomato seeds that were supposedly smuggled from Italy by an 80 year old lady. Apparently she carried them in her purse. My friends not a gardener but thought of me right away. I had so many tomato plants I was giving them away to everyone. And of course I planted them everywhere. I must say they are the best tomato we've ever ate. A little side note, I noticed your gomphrena. It looks fabulous. I'd love to see a little tour of those!

I love that!! July tour will be coming soon and I’ll definitely show off the gomphrena.

Experimentation in gardening is always good , even if not always successful-you learn something either way. Just for fun this year I created a quasi-espalier with my Sun Gold tomato against a south facing fence. So far it has worked great- especially for ease of harvest.

I prefer cherry tomatoes as well. I got an unknown variety of tomato at a plant swap so we’ll see!
