I bought those same PRV speakers. So much better than my Crossfire XS speakers and I attribute my decision to buy them based off the first video you posted of them a while back so Thank you sir.

I really like the Rockville’s because they sound very full of midrange but that’s what they’re only meant for and they have crazy high sensitivity, the prv obviously had some of the higher end but I felt like I lacked some of the higher mid area

I don't know what other guys heard, but the Rockville seems to have more full mid range, the prv has a more high pitch sound, me personally I think the Rockville sounded the best

Just bought some Rockvilles but on eBay. Listed as used and also bought a pair of boxes for them. so far i'm in at around 85 dollars. Still have to do something for a crossover and buy polyfill for the boxes. Says they are 90% off the new price. Then I come here and see them for 50$s for the pair

Does it matter if the speaker has a bullet in the center or not, like is there a advantage or just aesthetics?
@djssongcovers18032 жыл бұрын
PRV uses the bullet as a cooling radiator for the voice coil, so it has a great advantage but also cuz it looks cool 😂😂

if you just listen to rap music and that's really your main music that you listen to the Rockville really does shine here if you listen to any other kind of genre of music or you really like speakers that happen very balanced musical sound kind of hard to go wrong with the p RVs

@@meepmeeppaul wow that's unfortunate, in my 2001 V8 Mountaineer I'm powering 4 (2pairs) Rockville RM64s with a rare gem Boston Acoustics GT-4100 amp (100×4 or 150×4) and 8 (4pairs)Rockville RM84s with a Crescendo 1100.4 amp(180×4 or 300×4) since 2015 and they still scream. Rockville doesnt last long, they were struggling in my Civic and I even blew a 6.5 and the 6x9 almost blew. Put the 6x9s in boxes for the house to save them from blowing, they are ok for midrangea but the highs kinda suck and are muffled, 6.5 and 6x9 sound about the same.
