Great video. Props to the media team. Of course great work Tia, James, Jay and Maddie. I did my first race last March. Will do my second in March. I love doing CrossFit and have been excited by Hyrox and a way to express the fitness I've gained in the box Crazy to see that James did a Men's (Pro?) race the night before. I was excited to see that Prvn will have a Hyrox training track. I'd definitely be interested in checking it out.

@davidleemoreno1158 pretty certain they are Asics Paris but the Edge or sky I couldn't tell you. Love the colourway though. I've got the orange edge paris and just got the new colourway that has the pink and yellow cushion. Would have got Tias colourway had it been available.

The only thing about Hyrox is that it’s boring to watch as a spectator. It’s like watching hamsters run round and round while stuck in a confined space indoors.

I completely disagree. When you have a team to cheer for, you can follow them all around the venue. Whether they’re running or working at a station, you’re always close to the action, which makes it incredibly engaging. The atmosphere is electric and truly unmatched according to me.
