Doing the overnights there should have been a Berlin to Kyiv train via Przemsyl provided the sleeper carriage has a Rafil V Variable gauge bogie which is actually compatible with the Polish SUW2000 system to bridge Standard Gauge 1.435m to Russian 1.520m tracks. The train seen here is actually going one way as of right now because of the Russian invasion

Thank you. Normally it should be about 2 hours but there was 40 minutes delay due to border checks.

Hello, I will take same train in 2 weeks. How about border facilities? Do you pass them in Poland? Lviv? Train? How long before should you be in Przemysl station to catch the train? Thanks a lot!

Hi. I travelled to Lviv on this train in 2019. I went to the platform about 25 minutes before the departure. The tickets were checked by the staff before entering the train. All the border formalities were conducted on the train. Have a great trip.

Yes they do. Whether you can enter Poland without visa or not depends on the passport you hold.

Félix Maltchinski Normally yes but as I mentioned earlier there is wider gauge from Ukrainian border to Przemyśl only few kilometres to avoid changing of carriages .
