PS2 Mods v8 WIP - Bespin: Platforms

Tested on PCSX2.
Changes from v7.1:
-Added vehicles
-Restored CP positions and objects from BF1
-Updated Minimap to BF2 style
-Restored Ground Markings
-Restored Cloud City

The most annoying thing with BF2 bespin mods is that the ai dont seem to rush the center like they do in BF1

BF2 introduced new ai objective and thought systems which make them behave a lot less aggressively
