While the Steel Series 9X does support Bluetooth, that’s not how it connects to the Xbox. It uses the proprietary 2.4ghz frequency. The Bluetooth option allows you to simultaneously pair a phone or another Bluetooth device while paired with the Xbox.

Ok so I just bought one today and it worked at first. I was using a PS5 controller on an Xbox Series X. I was playing Forza and then around 15 minutes into playing, my controller wouldn't vibrate anymore. I tried unplugging the wingman xb and plugging it back in. It was vibrating during gameplay then stopped again after a couple minutes. This product is defective.

everything is exactly the same as the Xbox as far as where the button exists. So X on xbox would be Square on PS5. B would be O on the PS5. Y would be Triangle. Analogue sticks of course are the same and so is R1, L1, R2, L2 If you have mappable paddles they map the exact same way. So for cross gen games all the buttons you push are in the same spot, they just may be designated differently due to the console difference. Hopefully thats not too confusing
