I’ve tried this like 20-30 times and it doesn’t work on mine. I tried a factory reset of the controller, too, but it still takes a screen shot then turns off the controller. Any thoughts?

so what you gotta do is go to your accessories in settings, then do what the guy in the video does, and it should show up in devices then you just gotta manually add it

Plug it back into your ps5 and turn it on
