If you read the instructions, they recommend using a coin for unscrewing. I recommend doing the whole thing on a sofa instead of a table to avoid marks 😊

Why was it so difficult to unscrew? My guess is that they cross threaded the screw and gorilla tightened it on the bottom of the console. There is no need to wrench that thing on there, since the PS5 can’t spin or move anyway. Or you put Loc-Tite on the threads. Or you are obscenely weak.
