Good lord! That mid-frame looked ROUGH. I wonder if the owner didn't have the right tools and substituted proper screwdrivers for a prybar...o.O. Excellent Job once again.

The best fan connector I've seen so far, the only thing I don't like about this grinding is the residue on the board and the cleaning, but kudos for the job done. I'm curious (I know they're cheap and no one repairs them) about the laser you replaced, is it possible to repair it? I recently replaced one and went to disassemble it, I was curious about what's on it... is it the laser itself or something on the board, nothing is shorted, there's only one chip for which I couldn't find any information...
