Needs raindrops on the windscreen & wipers going.

Wipers do move. You're also able to turn them on or off while driving. He may have them off. There is actually a LOT of raindrops on the windshield. It's DEFINITELY noticeable while playing it yourself. Also, this isn't Pro enhanced yet, so no changes really. Just some extra FPS which is hardly noticeable
