@Sukhveen oh thank you for confirming, I own the same TV but I have a gaming laptop, when I try connecting with it only hdr was working with 60hz. After turning on freesync its going to 120hz but hdr automatically turns off. Why is that?

@gadgetmama444 Conect your laptop on 4K HDMI Of Tv That supports 120Hz then check if it still doesn't work then your laptop output doesn't support passing 4K HDR. I connected PS5 it works perfectly fine on 4K HDR 120Hz via TV 120Hz HDMI connection port ok.

They have dedicated whatsapp support which is very active & responds to your query quickly in case of any faults & defect & they give piece to piece change in warranty & also sale individual part of TV after warranty very easily. They send their engineer to fix the part also. Worth trusting absolutely good service they take care to call the customer & update regarding the case one's locked VU team takes some time but resolves the case most definitely sharing this from my past personal experience ok.
