Wow, the history of Orly bottle shapes right here! I have never seen them. I think I was focused on Avon (which I sold) polishes in the early 2000s. 🙂

I don't have any of the Quo ones, but I have a few vintage bottles from the late 80's-90's as you do an they work just fine...an my polishes are in acrylic displays.. but before that they were in an actual caboodle make up case! Lol❤ You have alot of polishes.. I don't have that many but several Maybelline polishes that are from the early 80's an they are fine too😊

Hi! Yeah, I always have a chuckle when people ask how long nail polishes are good for. In my early collecting days I was always on the hunt for older colors so I do have a lot of old, vintage polishes and yes, some may have faded over the years but as long as you take care of them by keeping the necks clean, etc. they last forever really. They discontinued the quo by Orly brand and replaced it with another quo nail polish brand (in square bottles now). My quo by Orly also do that too and I store mine in helmers. Thinner is my best friend with them, lol

I don’t have any Quo but they had nice colors. OMG 😳 I ❤your windows the brightness in your house. The view is beautiful with those trees 🌳.

I think it is one specific ingredient that evaporated, and that ingredient makes up like 45% of the polish. so that's why they all went down to about the 55% mark.

What do you do if the brush portion becomes trapped in the partially evaporated paint? Is the thinner ever destructive to the paintbrush?

I’ve never had the brush become trapped in the polish so I’m not sure if that could happen. No, the polish thinner is just replacing the ingredients that have evaporated so there is no way it would cause damage to the brush. Thanks for watching and commenting! ❤❤

I have found that all Quo cosmetics are pretty low quality. Which is unfortunate, their selection in the last few years has been a lot more fun and pretty.

Hi! I only ever bought the nail polish which I thought was just as good in quality as the regular Orly brand. But I’m disappointed in this bottle evaporation issue. They weren’t cheap either. I almost always would only buy them from clearance because if I remember correctly they retailed for $10 and this was back in 2013-2016! Thanks for watching and sharing! ❤❤

It’s not just the nail polish…the quo brushes are also of inferior quality.
