I'm conflicted where to go because as a collector I like Beckett. I agree its another level of fun and I enjoy being meticulous knowing my card is in the "best" condition. Also if I'm going to pay good money to grade cards I like to know where they were lacking. Its good Beckett provides that. However I cant help but feel PSA is more sought after solely based on popularity and less critical grades could be better for re-sale... Good info thanks!

Most of the cards I would send for grading are pre-1980. Which grading service would be the one to use?

What the difference between Black 10 label and the Gold 10 label?

Gold 10 is a pristine 3x 10, 1 9.5 sub grades. Black label 10 is 4x 10 subgrades considered a “perfect” card

From everything that I've heard , sending your slabs to PSA is a roll of the dice( too many ppl regrade for higher grades) and polish and wax their cards. ( Your PSA 10 was prob a PSA 8 at one point) . So I'll prob go to Beckett now

CAn you help me i have a beeckt 7 that could be worth more psa if i get graded but it needs to be broken out does psa do anything about that
