Thank you for highlighting that "little" may refer to a period of time. That makes a lot of sense given other passages of the Bible like you referenced. Yet another example of why additional study and understanding reveals the Bible does not contradict itself.

And what comes out from babes are words, words are the tools authored by God for humans to navigate their lives as sovereign in harmony with each other and other living creatures and especially with God Himself. Indeed, what a majestic psalm it is. It sings about God's images.

Thank you for this excellent review of Psalm 8. I like your thought on being a “little lower” is a timing issue, now. I have often wondered myself about the end of the universe. There must be space after the “end” or the wall of the universe. Also, this psalm seems to never get quoted as part of the “creation mandate” however it most certainly echoes it!

Thank you David - my wife and I now spend many of your breakfasts together listening and discussing your explanation of these psalms - and I have started taking notes to help me remember and meditate on God’s word. I had grown so cynical - sometimes I wonder If I am a real Christian but I have to trust in God’s word and the what the Cross promises. What has kept me coming back to God which is surprising is when I also meditate on the magnificent creation And the unbelievable intricacies of the science behind it . Many skeptics use science to run away from God but how could they? It should make us want to run to Him not away from Him.

I don't usually scroll around after watching the video during my devotional but I must have been directed to by God so I wouldn't miss your's. I have heard you on the radio occasionally but hadn't considered searching for your KZbin channel but now I'm subscribed and will be watching more of your teachings. PS: I did want to point out one error I noticed: Unless the NKJV has translated it incorrectly 2 Kings 19:35 says the angel of the LORD killed 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians, not 100,000. No takeaway from your message just magnifying their strength even more.
