Not that I’m an expert, but outside of the U.K. most people would probably call “gammon” ham. Cured pork rear leg cooked. Nice to hear your comments, especially from an experienced waitress! Liz tries really hard to keep a straight face during Nigel’s comedy. She does a video with him again later and there she can’t keep a straight face at all.

A bit late, but pretty sure they are. The customers are being warned or told before and/or after, I think it may depend. I do believe some are staged more than others tho. And I also think fans often come, and that the video is beating announced before they film so that those that want can come and watch or get some food(but this is just speculation from me with the context of the videos and what people are saying).
