The Embark is great. I got a crazy deal on one at my local shop and thought I would give it a try. The look of the bow is very appealing, the grip is junk, but I just removed it and wrapped it with tennis racket handle wrap. The draw cycle is pleasant and the bow shoots HARD. You will have to adjust the string stop to get a considerable amount of vibration out of the bow and a nice stabilizer will finish off the rest to make this bow completely dead in the hand. But where this bow truly shines is at the range. The accuracy this bow gives you is beyond insane. This bow holds on target VERY well and I just can’t stress enough how hard this bow shoots. Reminds me of a Hoyt by how hard it shoots. I was not expecting to off load all my carbon Hoyts…..but I did. Which was nice and gave me some extra disposable income I could utilize on other hunting gear that will help me more in the field than a carbon bow will. If you are in the market for a new bow don’t overlook the PSE Embark if your local shop has one on the rack to test against the rest. You might just be as surprised as I was.

You won’t be disappointed with the Embark. I made the switch to it from my high end carbon Hoyt bows.

I have this bow and like it quite a bit. I am trying to find a two piece quiver for it. Would the tight spot pivot work? Thanks, I’m in California and have been purchasing all my equipment from the online store.

I believe in another one of his videos going over the pivot there were comments from others saying that it did not work in their pse.

G'day Mate, NEED HELP I am looking at using Gold tip kinetic shafts in a 200 spine. Do they have or can you recommend a stainless insert to suite this spine. Please continue with your bow review thanks and cheers Trent Downunder

Hey quick question I know you like a heavy right helical is that for all arrows or does it change for left handed shooters ? I'm also looking at the difference in 3 vs 4 fletch but needed to know this before I do my fletching and testing thanks love the content
@alecrobertson22833 жыл бұрын
Try taking a bare shaft, mark it with a sharpie and shoot it a couple feet away from your target. Check which way it spins and that’s the way you’ll want to put the helical. I’ve also heard it depends on which way your strings are twisted. Honestly I don’t know how big of a difference it makes, either way should be fine.

Lee, I've tried about every vane configuration there is on field points, Slick Trick standard three blade and Magnus Black Hornet. I'm left handed and done left and right vane settings. 1 degree left or right no change in groupings to 40 yards. Three degrees left or right seemed to give a slightly smaller grouping of 3" or less. My results were done over several days of shooting because it's difficult to get reliable information on like one time out shooting. Blazer standard vanes. ( I've been doing archery since 1963 and tried about everything at least once lol)

Really wish that bow had a rear stabilizer hole. It’d be a sweet hunting rig at that point.
@amota923 жыл бұрын
Don’t they make side bar mount so you can run a rear off the front stabilizer hole? Would running in off the hole vs a side bar be different? Function wise
@robwalters96953 жыл бұрын
@@amota92 usually the rear hole is lower. Also since it’s further back you don’t need as long of a read bar to get the same effect
