Something is wrong at 9:41, you explained it wrong I guess (correct me, if I am wrong). Burning of body is not a mass energy conservation(E=m.c.c), but a simple combustion reaction. Carbon compound burn is presence of O2 and gives out heat, h2o and co2. In this equation, mass is completely conserved and mass not converted to energy (Sudhanshu and you both are wrong), we are getting energy from the carbon bond breaking. On the other hand, E =mcc happens at atomic level where during radioactive nuclei decays and its unstable nuclei mass convert into energy. That is E=mcc? Am I wrong, Can anyone explain?

That's completely wrong, It comes from bond energy between carbon atoms, from carbon bonded with hydrogen, oxygen and with single double and triple bond carbon atom. So I researched what you said, You are not completely wrong, but 0.0001% energy come from e=mcc and 99.9999 % energy is bond energy. So mass is completely conserved here. As we neglect the contribution of small energy. As M is inversely proportional to c sqr , for small amount of given energy, mass defect will be nearly zero.

That's what i said, read my last few lines, i said that the bond energy is also the reason for energy release but I think I really missed the part, but the truth is that the total mass is never conserved in chemical reaction, a very very minute amount of energy is released from energy mass coversion. But if you are considering conservation, even then the result will be pretty much the same but it would kill the whole concept of energy mass conversion.

First of all I would like toh correct you that mass and energy conversion equation tell us that mass can be converted to energy ,but in case of " cremation" (Antim Sanskaar) mass is converted to mass not energy....
