14:47 yes when JYJ filed the lawsuit against SM, the company basically threatened every major TV stations that if they let JYJ on their variety or music shows, SM wouldn’t send their groups to those stations ever again. Because SM was the biggest entertainment company in SK at the time, with the most popular groups, the stations didn’t want to risk it, so they never invited JYJ as a group nor as soloists. It was a full on blacklist. JYJ also would have issues with songwriters/producers, distributors, brands, venues, etc., not wanting to work with them either, for fear that SM wouldn’t work them if they had worked with JYJ. Basically, the group suffered a lot from lack of exposure to the public for 15 years. While things like YT, instagram, streaming, etc., are super influential for idols to meet and gain new fans, back then, music and variety shows were what kept an idol group in the public consciousness. Without it, JYJ had go through other venues to maintain and gain new fans. A lot of it was through drama and musical acting + touring internationally. It’s great that JX are finally being allowed on TV again to some degree and are able to talk publicly about what happened to them. Which was horribly unjust and shouldn’t never been allowed to happen. More should be done for sure. But it’s definitely a good start for them.

He is such big and a good person. Botg Jaejoong and and Junsu deserve to be respected for not giving up, enduring hard times and achieving success. I am so happy to see them back!!! ❤️🥹

it's being that busy, sleep deprived, not able to go do simple things in public, being away from your family, learning a new language, dealing with stalkers constantly calling, breaking into their dorms, throwing things at them, only having a week or less per year of holiday (but can only spend it recovering since they're so exhausted or sick) AND THEN asking for receipts of your payment and realising you're in 40k (might have remembered this number wrong) DEBT!!!! when all you've been doing for the past 5 years (from 15/16 years old) is sold out international concerts, fanmeetings, ridiculous hours of work, having more than a million official fanclub members ONLY in Korea (they had official Japanese fanclub too), selling tonnes of merch AND that in order to break your contract you would need millions AND knowing with certainty you will be blacklisted if you start a lawsuit AND THEN winning or settling the lawsuit and realising it doesn't matter if the court was on your side no one in the industry wants to work with you (let alone even talk about you) because they're either scared or bribed and you sort of become Voldemort oh yeah and the people you worked with like a 'family' calls you traitors and money hungry never fails to get me worked up - I get angry not getting paid correctly by 50 bucks let alone somehow BEING IN DEBT FROM WORKING??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

Can you imagine how the slave contract and the whole blacklist thing damage them for 15 years? junsu said that even though they were that extremely successful， he couldn’t afford a nice pair of jeans he liked when still in SM. As soon as he got out, he finally made enough money to buy his parents a house.

I bet that it wasn't only because of their busy schedules that they didn't know how famous they were.. it was also because they didn't get paid as much as they should.. junsu can't even buy clothes that he wanted and people thought he was being stingy when it was just too expensive to buy it..
