It's normal throw + slam. It doubles the dps because you can chain them fast.

Getting 3+ ad kills for wormgod just isn't worth it in GM like it is in base light activities

Either work it’s down to preference. You can easily keep the wormgod buff going it lasts longer the less stacks you have. Only real difference is synthos buff your supers melee while wormgod doesn’t
