27 minutes, question 5, everytime we have to minus still births from total population if it's given, if yes why? Can you explain please 😢

Stillbirth not included in live birth so have to minus from total birth to calculate neonatal mortality rate(0-28 days)

Because in the formula of NMR the denominator is live births. Total birth and still births are given so to calculate live birth we do total birth minus still birth
